YAY! I'M BACK ON LINE...

i am so happy to be back on line again! it's been almost a whole month since i have been able to check e-mails, do updates and all together be able to work on my computer..fortunately i was able to salvage my pictures and some accounting files before i had to start over again and wipe out my computer and start from scratch! i wasn't able to retrieve all BUT i'm so so glad i was able to save my pictures though..if i only would of been backing up to an external hard drive this whole time i would have not lost half my files..LESSON learned in a bad way and a warning to you all to back up your files!

now it's catching up time, much needed blogging and shop updates..sleepless nights are in order this weekend so we can get back on track for bella!

i'll be back tomorrow for my first blog update and i'm all smiles!!

CHECKING IN.....

it's been pretty crazy guys!....my lap-top is still messed up and i had to dust off the ol'' desk-top and buy a new monitor so i can use it..it's been about two years since i used it last! but it will be my life saver till i get the lap-top fixed..AAAAAAAAND i basically have to download ALL on my hard drive and re-install everything to wipe it clean and start all over again..but of course with two moves of packing and un-packing the obstacles seem endless and i don't know where my original disk are...on top of that my internet has been down for two weeks with my service Verizon Tech man not coming out to my place till next week Tuesday to fix it....sooo another long week with no work being done and well the lesson of being patient, calm and cool when everything seems not to go your way! which by the way i'm still learning to master...

i will be trying to do my blog post from work on my lunch breaks and hope to be able to be back on track next week...

i haven't gone anywhere guys so please don't forget me..hehe..and your reader ship is very much appreciated!

COMPUTER BLUES......

no computer yet! it's still at the computer doctor...so so bummed because i won't be able to do any Etsy / eBay postings...will try to finish a blog at the library tomorrow which i already started...but if not i will pick up next week where i left off and update the shop slowly during the week...

well since i have no computer and bella vintage internet work to do i will fill my weekend with house cleaning stuff as well as creative stuff..lots of sewing will be my remedy to my blues..sketching, playing wii with my Zoe and re-vamping vintage pieces to get ready to hit the shop..

yikes! this week has been one stressful week!! my computer has been giving me problems since Sunday and now it is completely gone awry..i have it now at the computer doctor so all eBay / Etsy updates are on hold + blogs...bummer because i was looking forward to getting back to a working rhythm and getting back to a regular blogging routine..so i will keep you posted when all is back on track and the store update will take place..

i'm doing some blogging at work....i have allot of new blog post in the pipeline that i can't wait to share..but for now just a little randomness, since these has been such a scattered week for me..the following are pictures of people with the exception of Miss Westwood (one of my fave designers) i grew up listening to and who's style one way or another has influenced me ....just to name a few:

EBAY AUCTIONS

hello! hope you are all having a relaxing Sunday..i am! on this rainy one in beautiful California..my weekend was a great one Zoe went to a sleepover on Friday and i prepared for a Bella Vintage photo-shoot for Saturday..then i had a great time with good freinds at an art opening for an amazing artist (pictures to come)..it was nice having a social night out and getting a break from my responsibilities to my small business which i only truly have the weekends & nights to tend too along with single mother-hood..it had been a while so thanks to my kiddo-sitter!

i finally am starting e-bay auctions once again for all of you vintage loving gals whom like the bidding wars..fingers crossed, which really means late nights the following items will go live midnight tonight latest Monday night!

i'm starting with 10 auctions for now but will eventually work up to have a steady 20 thru 40 weekly auctions..it's a matter of time..

A QUICK HELLO!

just wanted to say a quick hello since it's been almost a full week since my last blog post... it's been a very straining & draining week trying to get back into routine and playing catch up at home, work and filling Bella Vintage orders at night...oh and did i mention also being a mom ;)...

well i'm back tonight pounding the keyboards for another blog post sneak peek on what is to come to Bella Vintage on eBay this coming Sunday..Zoe has a sleepover so as usual i will be taking the opportunity to work without distractions....so fun will have to wait till tomorrow..

HOME SWEET HOME

it's sooo nice to be home..i got in on Friday night after being on vacation for two weeks in Miami..it was a fun time with freinds, family & running around all over South Florida..i did not get to do many of the things i had planned to do but i made the best of my time and well also relished in all the wedding preparation / celebration of my best friend Viv's wedding..

it feels so weird to be back, not having worked at all for these past two weeks and i am trying to coach myself on how to get back into the grind of things..i have a big to do list for this week catching up on bella vintage stuff and not to mention the project request, e-mails and samples i have waiting for me to catch up on at work!

i am excited for what is to come in 2010 though, all that i need to tackle and accomplish for bella vintage..this year i am pouring my commitment and endless sleepless nights to making bella vintage a top notch vintage clothing source on the web and am also looking forward to placing more of my time on the development of a very tiny clothing line just to get all my creative juices flowing..the last couple of months i have had dreams with some amazing pieces and have woken up giving thanks to God for these dreams..i have many ideas i want to translate onto paper, into my finger tips and out of my sewing machine..no room for procrastination..all very exciting
