gotta love erin! she's pretty new to ny fashion week and every season she's shown lovely delicate vintage inspired clothes..but this season she went a bit more edgy but still holding on to what she does best..love the color she brought to the collection, beautiful burgundy wine, the mix of satin and the jackets..oh and those puffed out skirts with the big plat heels..love it!
The grunge movement was my era growing up...i really did not care for the clothes back then, flannels, ripped jeans and doc martens, a staple..these were my young teenage years but i was hitting the thrift stores for great vintage finds by that time..what i did take out of it was the baby doll dress's Courtney Love was known for wearing, all products of the 60's and 70's era..i would wear them yes with the doc martens and the knee high socks, all so cute..but here i pay tribute with a striped sweater dress along with some nine west platforms and of course the always classic worn in stockings..
