Happy Tuesday all! well my intention was to do a style post outside with the miracle happening of rain in Southern California yesterday. it was all sprinkles till the afternoon when i was ready to go and to find a location to shoot; but it was to rainy and my camera would have gotten wet. so plan B was to shoot indoors although the theme did not go as well being that i sported my 1960's Mod raincoat. i've had this raincoat since i was 16 and absolutely adore it and i would never sell it! i also finally picked up after 2 months "ooops" my combat boots from the shoe dr. and have also had them for over 17 years; they are my originals from my teen years. i still have a tear run down my face when ever i mention how i gave my Dr. Martens away 4 years ago, not sure why and how come i kept these booties; but i'm glad i did! i am breaking them in all over again after a few years of no wear and am amazed how they have held up after use and abuse going to punk shows and festivals in my yester-years. that's craftsman ship for you, they were made in Romania like the Dr. Martens once were. oh yeah, i also got a compliment from Zoe about my coat, she tends to not like how i dress since i'm all over the place when i dress, that must say something about this coat!
the detailing on the coat is my favorite along with the buttons.
