COSTUME INSPIRATION

im not a huge fan of halloween but i am a huge fan of costumes. my child loved wearing costumes all the time..she even makes her own in the best ways..she would get creative and use items around the house to make all sorts of originally designed disguises..pictures to come..

but here are a few which i found interesting, original and fun...

RANDOM THOUGHTS

hey guys! my monday has been a pretty crazy one already, with allot changes going on at work..but i love my outlet which is this little ol blog..

Zoe got some balloons this weekend that have been floating around my house all over...which prompted me to think back on how much i loved balloons as a kid...

i'm a big thinker..i've been in a few of these contemplative modes..

WEEK IN PICTURES + FAVORITES

another weekend flew by?! i was happy to have a great photo-shoot with this pretty gal!:

i also love Stephanie's personal style and i had to take a picture before she was off to her saturday night..she looks comfy cool...we shot some great party dress's for the approaching holiday party season..some great coats and blazers are coming too ready to cover up for winter in pretty vintage garb...it's to bad it does not go below 50 in los angeles..at least cold enough to wear the heavy vintage coats or fake fur..

i really did not have a chance this weekend to take any pictures..but i did some digging of old pictures i took and came across these gorgeous pictures of Zoe in 07 with a cute embroidered mexican dress, it's not vintage but it is reminiscent to the old vintage dress's of the 70's and very popular on ebay..

Zoe actually took advantage of the camera while we were on a break from the shoot, she took this one of herself and i thought it came out with a very cool fuzzy effect..i called it Zoe in movement...

i have been to these ruins, breathtaking...they were in the middle of the jungle..i will do a later post on where i was born..it's very unknown tourist wise it is more popular with the european tourist..

oh and one more thing, i am loving all the fall eats & drinks that are available now..me and Zo can not get enough of pumpkin waffles, bread & pancakes..we had it for dinner on thursday night..

and i am on my second cup tonight of this delicious tea, it's candy cane green tea from trader joe's..it's minty sweet flavor combined with the green tea is the best combo i've tasted in a while..

QUOTES

hi guys..i have just a quick blog today..i have allot of work to catch up on in which i slacked this week on..

one of my favorite subjects in high school was english...it opened the door for my love of poetry, short stories and quotes..i have written poetry (most of my freinds don't know that) and i have collected quotes since the age of 14..i have my beloved notebook full of them along with my poems which i love to read for inspiration, motivation and reflection..

most quotes are but a couple of sentences long or even a couple of words long but they can speak volumes...the ultimate quotes or sayings for me which i hold dear to my heart are proverbs from the Old Testament..nothing speaks clearer and makes me reflect like it does.. here are a few quotes in which i enjoyed reading this week..

i have MANY more to share in future post..i hope you like them like i do..

CASUAL SUNDAY: OUTFIT POST

these are more pics from part of the previous post. it was a casual sunday and Zoe and i were taking our usual stroll around the neighborhood..talking our hearts out and taking pictures along the way..

i am wearing a super comfy BDG tee, Abbey Dawn jeans and Urban Outfitters sandals i got on clearance for $10!

Zoe was behind the lens...i think she is becoming quite the photographer..don't ya think?
